A) When you visit the website When you visit our website www.mamgo.io, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person. We also use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. You can find more detailed explanations on this in sections 4 and 5 of this privacy policy.

B) When using our contact form If you have questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who sent the request and can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after your inquiry has been dealt with.

Please do not submit any other personal data, in particular no sensitive data (e.g. information on marital status, religion, health data, photos), unless this is absolutely relevant for the position.

D) This data is processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the application procedure and deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship.
3. storage period and deletion of personal data

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary to process the application. After completion of the application process, the data will be deleted after 6 months at the latest, unless there is a statutory retention obligation or longer storage is required for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims. If consent is given for inclusion in our applicant pool, the data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted unless renewed consent is given.

Mit den zum Einsatz kommenden Tracking-Maßnahmen wollen wir eine bedarfsgerechte Gestaltung und die fortlaufende Optimierung unserer Webseite sicherstellen. II) Google-Tag-Manager
Wir setzten auf dieser Seite Google Tag Manager ein. Google Tag Manager ist eine Lösung, mit der Vermarkter Webseite-Tags über eine Oberfläche verwalten können. Das Tool Tag Manager selbst (das die Tags implementiert) ist eine cookielose Domain und erfasst keine personenbezogenen Daten. Das Tool sorgt für die Auslösung anderer Tags, die ihrerseits unter Umständen Daten erfassen. Google Tag Manager greift nicht auf diese Daten zu. III) Ajax und jQuery
Wir nutzen für unsere Webseite Ajax und jQuery bzw. jQueryUI Technologien, wodurch eine Optimierung der Ladegeschwindigkeiten erzielt wird. Diesbezüglich werden Programmbibliotheken von Google Servern aufgerufen. Es wird das CDN (Content delivery network) von Google verwendet. Sollten Sie jQuery vorher auf einer anderen Seite vom Google CDN gebraucht haben, wird Ihr Browser auf die im Cache abgelegte Kopie zurückgreifen.
