Efficient personnel acquisition without high marketing costs
Bayern Innovativ was in a growth phase and faced the challenge of hiring up to 100 new employees within 12 months. The previous recruiting approach relied primarily on decentralized job advertisements, experience-based decisions and time-consuming job board management. To optimize the process, mamgo planned to integrate a flexible alternative: a performance-based advertisement system that focuses on applications actually generated and not just on the duration of the job advertisements. The aim was to reduce the costs per application and achieve a more even distribution across all job advertisements.
